Leadership development

• Development of your self-awareness: all of the resources are available for us to reach our goals. As an executive coach, I can help you realize this and exploit your hidden possibilities. By way of identifying your own internal beliefs-system, we can arrive quite quickly to unlocking your full potential (let go of the things that have been stopping you from achieving certain things). This will allow you to see a whole bunch of new possibilities.
• Development of the leader and his/her team: as a result of working with me, my clients will not only be able to select the right people to join the team/organisation, but also be able to bring out the best in everyone.
• I create a valuable space for my clients to make their intuitive, creative selves come alive and play an active role in their lives. This helps complement your brain’s rational side and allows you to be more successful in your professional and private relationships as well.
• I strive to make leaving your comfort-zone an exciting challenge.   In order to reach a consensus with others, you need to consciously realize your feelings and needs; be able to observe others; and enhance your empathy towards others. Leadership coaching helps improve and polish all of these skills, paving the way for success in business.
• As a systemic-constellation specialist, I help my clients understand the hidden ‘laws’ of organizational behaviour. I will help identify and then consciously work with the – so far hidden – dynamics of your organization. I can provide you with cool tools to make better strategic decisions and the selection of the right colleagues, projects and of organizational areas to develop.
• As a result of our coaching sessions, my clients will come to realize how and why their family background (patterns for various behaviours), their earlier experiences, emotions and subconscious content have come to play a major part in how they operate day to day and make an influence on their lives, their relationships, their decisions. I give you a tool to control these and be more conscious about them.
• Leader as coach topic: how to avoid being over stressed about work, by helping others as a coach in their daily work. During these sessions, we will work with the topics of motivation, delegation, empowerment and taking responsibility for your own actions and stance. How can we collaborate with others in a way that allows each of us to remain independent, yet work together in a project and be able to raise the right questions for the right person, for that person to be able to progress and move on successfully?
